A. Safari Booking Refund Policy
All safari bookings are subject to the rules and regulations set by the Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve (Government of Rajasthan). These bookings are processed through the official government portal, and Forest Way acts as a facilitator for your convenience.
1. Confirmed Safari Booking
- Once a safari booking is confirmed through the Ranthambhore Government Booking Portal, no refund or cancellation is permitted as per the government regulations.
- Confirmed bookings are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person or date.
- The booking cannot be modified once confirmed. Any changes or cancellations are subject to the Ranthambhore Forest Department's regulations.
2. Tatkal Safari Booking
- For Tatkal (last-minute) safari bookings, if the ticket remains unconfirmed due to unavailability of seats, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Refunds for unconfirmed Tatkal bookings will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation request.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.
B. Hotel Booking Refund Policy
Hotel bookings are facilitated through our partner hotels and resorts. The refund and cancellation policies vary depending on the specific hotel's terms and conditions.
1. Cancellation and Refund
- All cancellation and refund requests for hotel bookings are subject to the individual hotel's policy.
- Forest Way will assist you in processing your cancellation request, but we are not liable for any penalties, charges, or refund denials imposed by the hotel.
- It is recommended that you review the hotel's cancellation policy before confirming your booking.
2. Refund Processing
- Once approved by the hotel, refunds will be processed according to the hotel's refund schedule, typically within 7-14 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.
C. General Terms
- All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the booking transaction.
- Forest Way is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by payment gateway providers, banks, or financial institutions.
- Any charges or penalties imposed by government or hotel authorities are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.
- In case of any disputes or discrepancies, the final decision will be made as per the policies of the Ranthambhore Government portal or the respective hotel.
