Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by You to use the Service, or ₹8,000 INR, whichever is lower.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhopur, Rajasthan, India.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Service:

  1. You agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably by contacting the Company at info@forestway.in.
  2. If the dispute remains unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
    • The seat of arbitration shall be Madhopur, Rajasthan.
    • The language of arbitration shall be English.
    • The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Compliance with Indian Law

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading or sharing defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
  • Violating the Information Technology Act, 2000, or any applicable local regulations.
  • Engaging in activities that may harm the integrity or security of our systems.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
